Orders for all fundraisers need to be placed 3 weeks prior to pick-up dates. Call in final count 1 week before pick-up dates. Pick-up days are Thursday – Saturday. Call Lance Takamiya at 808-276-1021 for more information & to schedule pick-up dates. Must fill out a fundraiser contract to complete the order.
Payment in full is due Friday before the pick-up date. If payment or arrangements are not made prior to pick-up date – fundraiser will be cancelled. If payment is not made, invoice will be turned over to Maui Collection Services. You pay only for the tickets picked up, plus 4.167% tax & keep 100% of monies for uncollected tickets.

You are responsible for printing the tickets, print on ticket: No subtitutions/ No extensions on pick-up dates. Tickets can be printed at Wailuku Rapid Print, 800 Eha St. 808-244-9261
